Who We Are Looking For

We want providers who serve Lancaster and the Lancaster area and handle one or more of these:

• AC repair and emergency AC service
• AC installation and replacement
• Furnace repair and furnace replacement
• General heating and cooling service

Homes here vary. Slab-on-grade ranch houses, hot attics, older pier-and-beam builds. Providers who know these setups are a good fit.

What We Expect

Homeowners are trusting you with their house. So we ask for the basics:

• A valid license and insurance as required in Texas
• Plain, honest explanations of the problem and the options
• Written quotes before bigger work
• Prompt follow-up on the requests you receive
• Respect for the homeowner's right to say no

We also ask that you never claim to be Soundsinfo Heating & Air. You are an independent business. Be clear about that with homeowners.

Fix it right. Shortcuts show up later, at resale. Providers who work that way keep their reputation.
